I have always struggled with diet and my body weight, my weight has shot up and down, using fad diets to drop weight drastically over the years. When Daniel became my trainer I was extremely keen to resort to my old ways to get quick weight loss. But instead of assigning me some crazy protocol and a long list of things to do, Daniel asked for one thing from me, just to track my eating habits. He trained me to be consistent, consistent with my training and my diet. He constantly drilled into my head that we are playing “a long game”. I know full well Daniel could have whipped me into shape in a few months, but it wouldn’t have fixed the underlying emotional and mental issues I had with food. Working together I have complete control of my diet and my body. Anyone struggling with similar issues to my previous self will understand how liberating that would feel. I now have the mental foundations to build the body I want.
Daniel isn’t just about before and after photos. He actually cares about what will be the best for your well being in the long run. Instead of one transformation, for that holiday I wanted to go on. I now have a lifetime of the body I want for every holiday I will ever go on.
The bonus of it all was he still got me in my dream shape for that holiday.
